Dat weerhoudt ze ervan in beweging te blijven. Maar wie minder beweegt, wordt minder fit en heeft meer energie nodig voor dagelijkse dingen. Als die bewegingen al een hele opgave zijn, staat uw hoofd al helemaal niet naar extra bewegen. En zo wordt u steeds benauwder, gaat u nog minder bewegen en kunt u steeds minder. Om deze spiraal te doorbreken is fysiotherapie noodzakelijk.<\/p><p>De fysiotherapiebehandeling bij longaandoeningen bestaat onder andere aan het aanleren van bepaalde technieken waardoor u op een effectieve manier zelf uw slijm kunt ophoesten. Ook begeleidt de fysiotherapeut u bij inspanning om uw huidige uithoudingsvermogen te verbeteren.
